The Yellowbanks Dulcimer Festival is held the first full weekend of June each year in Owensboro, Ky. The festival was selected as one of Southeast Tourism Society’s Top Twenty Events for the Month of June. We have won this award in 2002, 2006, 2007 and 2008.

The Southeast Tourism Society is dedicated to the marketing and promotion of travel to and within the great Southeastern States. They recognize the importance of Festivals and special events in the Southeast: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.
